Terms & Conditions
Pinned SA (PTY) LTD is a 100% South African online retail company. We comply with all the relevant South African retail legislations. These Terms and Conditions govern your (“the User”) use of the Pinned SA (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.pinned.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to use the website.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Pinned SA delivers within South Africa. Delivery charges are calculated automatically on the total value of all products included in an order, when the order is created. Delivery charges differ depending on a variety of factors, including product type, price, and weight.
Shipping is FREE within South African borders on purchases in excess of R1000.00 (i.e. with a total of R1001.00 or more). Orders less than R1001.00 will accrue a minimum shipping cost of R95.00. Currently we do not ship outside of South African borders. This offer does not apply to large items such as Bikes, Frames, Shocks and Spring kits. This offer does not apply to destinations classified by our Couriers as remote areas. Unless discussed, this offer only applies to end customers (not dealers/retailers).
All orders will be shipped with The Courier Guy www.thecourierguy.co.za. A tracking number will be issued and emailed as soon as your order has been processed. This can be tracked online at www.thecourierguy.co.za.
Order Processing and time frames:
· Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
· Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise but usually takes 2-3 days ex stock, or 3-5 days if sourced from supplier, but could be 3-7 days if sourced from a remote supplier (info on each product page will provide you with confirmation of this).
· In most cases, orders will ship the following business day (especially if order received after 11am)
· Orders are not processed or delivered on the weekends or public holidays.
Orders are required to ship to a daytime PHYSICAL address, we do not ship to postal addresses. There can be only one delivery address per order. For all other orders/shipping inquiries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are an online store only, therefore do not offer collections from our offices.
Payment Options & Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Pinned SA reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. We accept Visa / Mastercard and other popular forms of payment via our secure payment gateway www.payfast.co.za. By arrangement, should a payment via EFT or Direct Deposit be required, the following account details are provided:

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with the product(s) you’ve purchased. We would happily exchange or refund an item or garment which is faulty or damaged, or may not fit correctly. Please note that you need to inform us in writing to email@example.com of your intention to cancel the transaction within 7 days of ordering. You will then be sent an RMA form which will need to be filled in, signed and returned to us. Items received without an RMA number attached will not be credited. **Clearance Sale items are non-returnable
· Merchandise must be returned within 7 working days of receipt,
· Merchandise must not have been fitted or used
· Merchandise must be in the original packaging & tags attached
· You will be expected to pay all shipping costs (send & return)
Stock levels are updated weekly. Should an item become temporarily out of stock, the “out of stock” logo will be displayed on the site. If an item has been discontinued, it will be removed from the website entirely. Stock of all goods on offer are limited. On some items, we rely on our Distributors to provide us with Stock reports so low stock/limited items may not be in stock when you place your order. It is always best to confirm with us after placing your order. Should Pinned SA be unable to fulfill any order placed by you, you will be notified and entitled to a full refund for the value of the order placed. You also have the option to place the item on Back order or have the item substituted for an item of similar value, or pay the difference for a higher priced optiono. This will be communicated to you directly (via phone call and/or email), as and when applicable.
Please note that although Pinned SA endeavours to accurately describe and/or depict each product on the Website, some descriptions or photographs may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product you wish to buy. However, should you be dissatisfied with the product you receive for any reason, you are entitled to return the product to Pinned SA for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
When registering at Pinned SA, we will ask you to provide us with your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address and telephone number. This information is essential for the processing of your order and to keep you posted regarding the status of your order. Your details will be kept in the strictest confidence by Pinned SA and not sold or made available to anyone. The Site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the Site, analyse trends, and administer the Site.
